Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by Yu Platform UK Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17033977), whose correspondence address is 12 Snow Hill Road, Bolton, England, BL3 1SR.

2. The Competition

The Promoter is running a prize draw open to eligible businesses that register on the Yu Platform waitlist during the Entry Period. Entry into the waitlist automatically constitutes entry into the Competition.

3. Eligibility

• UK-based business (including sole traders)
• Registered during the Entry Period
• Accurate and complete information provided

Employees and affiliates of the Promoter are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

Open until 23:59 (BST) on 1 July 2026. Entries outside this period are invalid.

5. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. One entry per business via waitlist form.

6. The Prize

Two winners will receive one year of free access to Yu Platform, including a branded app and subscription tier based on business size.

Prize is non-transferable and subject to platform launch by 31 October 2026.

7. The Draw

Winners selected randomly by an independent third party around 10 July 2026.

8. Winner Notification

Winners notified by email. Must respond within 14 days or may be replaced.

9. Prize Delivery

Delivered by 31 October 2026, subject to platform availability.

10. Data Protection

Personal data processed in accordance with the Yu Privacy Policy.

11. General

The Promoter may amend or cancel the Competition where necessary. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
